Due to the limited and archival nature of our fine art prints, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged during transit, please contact us at marisol@lepeartelier.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and print to initiate a replacement claim.

Shipping Policy

At Lepe Artelier, we prioritize the integrity of your investment. All limited edition prints are hand-inspected and shipped flat in premium, reinforced heavy-duty boxes (never rolled) to ensure they arrive in gallery-perfect condition.

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Once your artwork is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. International collectors are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply upon arrival."*
